New to Freeman Heights?

We understand that sometimes coming to a church can be a bit confusing, not knowing what to expect, where to go, or even what to wear.  We’d love to help answer some questions for you before you get here Sunday morning.

 What do I wear?

Quite honestly, when it comes to worship, Freeman Heights is a “come as you are” congregation.  For some of our members, that means a suit and tie or a dress.  For others, it’s a t-shirt and jeans.  Simply put, we are just happy to see you and would love for you to worship with us.

 What are services like?

Our services start at 9:45am each Sunday for our Community Connection time where we spend time studying God’s Word and growing together.  We’ve got groups for every age and stage of life.  Then at 10:45am, we come together and worship our God.  We spend time singing praises, using both modern and traditional music.  We spend time in prayer and learning from Bro. Alan’s teaching.  Usually, worship service lasts until 12:15pm.

 Will my kids be alright?

We love children at Freeman.  All our children’s ministry volunteers have been background checked and trained to teach our children.  Our nursery/toddler care is available for children birth through 3 years.  Our children’s church goes on during worship service and is available for children up to 4th grade.  But if you’d like your children to join you in worship instead of being in our nursery/toddler care or children’s church, that’s fine too.
We would love for you to check out our “About” page and learn a bit about our staff and what we believe.
